Do you supply linen and towels?
All our apartments are supplied with crisp white luxury Egyptian cotton sheets and towels.
Do they have full kitchens?
All apartments have fully fitted kitchens, including state of the art dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.
Is there a supermarket near by?
Yes, there are loads of shops and a Sainsbury store just 2 minutes away.
How close to city centre are you?
We are in the city centre, 5 minutes walk to the shops and bars.
What is meant by self-catering apartment?
A self-catering apartment is not serviced daily, as in a hotel. Additionally, cooking, cleaning and washing are done by the guest.
However, for stays of more than one week, the apartment will be serviced once weekly.
If additional cleaning is required, this can be arranged at an extra cost.
How many sets of keys can we have?
We give one set of keys per person.
What time is check in/check out?
Check-in is at 14:30, and check out is at 10:30 am.
Depending on the availability of the apartment, you may be able to check-in to your apartment earlier than this, though this cannot be guaranteed.
As we need to have access to the apartment to service it prior to the arrival of the next guest(s), we request that guests leave the apartment by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
What booking deposit is required?
£100.00 deposit is required in order to secure a booking. This will be charged when the booking is made, plus a 2% card charge.
When is payment of the balance required?
The balance due on arrival.
Is a security deposit required?
A deposit of £150 will be required at check-in.
This will be fully refunded provided the apartment has been left without damage, and with all apartment accessories intact.
Please note:come2liverpool reserves the right to charge the cardholder and/or guest(s) for any damage caused by the guest or any of the guest's party.
A full inventory check of the apartment is carried out before the guest's arrival and after the guest has departed.
Any damage to the apartment, or missing or damaged contents will be charged to cardholder and/or guest(s).
Are there any other fees or charges?
Excessive usage of electricity may result in an extra charge to the cardholder and/or guest(s).
To avoid exceeding the electricity allowance, we request that guests turn off any appliances/lighting/heating when not in use.
Please ensure that apartments are left in good condition - all waste placed in waste bin, and all crockery, cutlery and utensils washed. Otherwise, an additional charge of £30.00 will be applied.
PLEASE NOTE: IN LINE WITH THE OVERWHELMING MAJORITY OF OUR CUSTOMERS' WISHES,
ALL OF OUR APARTMENTS ARE STRICTLY NON-SMOKING.
A £50 CHARGE PER NIGHT WILL APPLY IN THE EVENT THAT SMOKING OCCURS IN AN APARTMENT.
